At Cozmatex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
Return Period: You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact us at cozmatex.global@gmail.com to initiate a return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we'll send the replacement item once we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
